Sky Airline is a Chile-based airline and operates mainly in the Latin America region. It operates flights to more than 15 domestic destinations in Chile, and also offers international connections to Brazil, Uruguay, Peru and Argentina.

Serving as a low-cost airline, Sky Airline lowers prices by offering simplified services. Seat selection, baggage check and the transportation of non-standard luggage such as musical instruments or pets are offered as an optional service on Sky Airline flights. The basic fare allows passengers to bring one carry-on baggage with a maximum weight of 10 kg (approximately 22 lb). There is no class distinction between passengers as all seats are located in an Economy cabin.

The airline prides itself on strict adherence to scheduled times and providing reliable service. In 2016, it was recognized as the most punctual carrier by the Official Airline Directory. Business or leisure travelers are loyal to Sky Airline as they have good experiences of arriving on time. A report published by OAG Aviation Worldwide in 2018 stated that the carrier operates 98% of flights, with about 82% providing on-time services.

The fleet consists entirely of Airbus aircraft. Narrow-body aircraft designed for short and medium-haul flights, especially the A320 and A321 series are preferred. The fleet consists of modern A320neo aircraft and is finished in stark white and purple. Thanks to a partnership with National Geographic, one of the planes has undergone a special painting process and is intended to inspire young people to travel.
